On the afternoon of 19th May, led by the teachers, Anqing Foreign Language School's seventh grade students arrived at the Huangmei Opera Art Center of Anqing City to watch a large-scale original revolutionary Huangmei Opera ‘Immortal Pride Yang’. From a new perspective, the play told the story of Yang Kaihui, a Communist, looking back on her short and tenacious life and looking forward to the bright future of the revolution before her death with five chapters as follows: ‘Despair, Youth, Love, Expectation and Flowers Blooming in Profusion', which artistically reproduced the heroine image of Yang Kaihui who loved life, yet more in pursuit of truth. Throughout the performance, with superb skills, melodious singing, ups and downs of the plot and teary stories, the performers presented an extremely shocking immersive artistic experience for the teachers and students present, bringing a brand new visual feast of red culture. Therefore, the audience broke into bursts of applause. 
After the performance, many students were interviewed on the spot, who expressed that they were deeply influenced by the brilliant deeds and fighting spirit of the revolutionary heroes, and were deeply attracted by the wonderful performances of the actors in the meantime.
